- Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and to produce quality results.
- Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Maintain event budgets.
- Performs other related tasks required.
- Hosting is a plus.
- Pleasing personality.
- With experience in Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, Sales, Integrated Resort or any related fields.
- Basic to intermediate verbal and written English communication expertise.
- Basic coordination and liaising expertise.
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and to produce quality results.
- Basic hosting experience is a plus.
- Able to speak Cebuano is a plus.
