Position Summary

The Graphic Designer ideates and executes impactful visual designs based on strategic insights across a variety of internal and external communications on the Pax8 Marketing team. Their goal is to help our audiences understand our values quickly and efficiently in a persuasive manner. The Designer maintains our high design standards and Pax8 brand integrity for all materials and advocates for the value of design. In the role of a conceptual thinker and strategy-focused creative, they participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concepting, are comfortable taking on opportunities and work with existing creative and templates to meet our marketing objectives.

This role is based in Makati City, Manila. Employees are expected to work from the office.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

• Design production – Create digital and print assets (social, email, decks, templates, event materials) that align with brand and campaign guidelines.
• Collaboration – Work with design leads and cross-functional teams to deliver on creative briefs and apply feedback quickly.
• Project management – Maintain organized files, version control, and meet deadlines.
• Brand consistency – Support brand alignment across all deliverables and templates.
  
  

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• 5+ years of relevant production or in-house design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing layout and production work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Receptive to feedback and design critique.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Willing to learn and follow established processes.
• Baseline understanding of Figma is a plus.
• Experience with animation or web/UX design is a plus.
