Your Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

• Develop highly engaging graphic design assets (for both print and digital use) which support marketing initiatives and
• campaigns
• A self-starter who is happy to work autonomously and collaboratively, with great organisational skills to manage their own
• day-to-day workload
• Design digital creative assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives, including landing pages, eDMs, social
• media graphics, display ads and banners, and website graphics
• Experience with motion, animation and working knowledge of video production/edit (Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro)
• Visually bring-to-life the content marketing strategy through the design of various creative assets
• Advanced competency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Experience working with strong campaign focused creative will advantageous
• Design of creative assets for all PR and local area marketing requirements, including press print ads, signage, pull-up
• banners, flyers, brochures, fact sheets, and more
• Strong conceptual skills and a solid sense of design, layout and typography
• The ability to be able to convert finished products to print and digital ready files and manage the output process with
• suppliers
• Establishing digital graphic design solutions and templates that can be used across the creative team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict branding guidelines
• Translate marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all brand touch points
• Provide design support to other business departments to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 5 years industry experience as a digital/graphic designer
• Degree or diploma in digital/graphic design
• Passionate creative designer with strong finished art skills
• Advance competencies in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office
• Competency with After Effects, PremierPro, Dreamweaver, HTML + CSS is desirable
• Able to manage projects and communicate comfortably with key stakeholders within the business
• Able to meet tight deadlines, manage workloads and pivot to meet the changing nature of this industry
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail and pride in your work
• Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative portfolio displaying a range of graphic, digital, interactive and motion work
