Graphic Designer (1-2x a month onsite only)

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational resources and materials provided to TikTok creators globally. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will create visually compelling assets that educate, inspire, and empower creators to enhance their skills and engagement within the platform. From concept to execution, you will utilize your creative expertise to deliver high-quality designs aligned with brand guidelines and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging one-pagers, decks, templates, and digital assets for educational content
• Collaborate with other designers to create user-friendly and highly engaging designs
• Apply consistent visual styles across projects based on brand guidelines
• Help develop and evolve design templates to improve team workflows
• (Optional but awesome) Contribute to basic web design layouts or UI mockups

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Slides), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and experience with Figma is preferred but not required.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and animation/motion graphics projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
• Good understanding of TikTok platform dynamics and content trends.
• Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
• A keen interest in education, learning, or instructional content is a big plus!
