Primary Duties
Primary Duties
- Apply advanced to expert level skills in Adobe Illustrator and Creative Suite to produce polished, print-ready art proofs.
- Interpret detailed order instructions and translate them into precise, visually accurate proof using Illustrator.
- Handle artwork for multiple imprinting methods efficiently while ensuring consistency and high design standards.
- Collaborate with Account Managers by clearly communicating layout, colour, sizing, and other key artwork specifications.
- Review and validate artwork proofs to ensure they meet all required details, brand guidelines, and order-specific needs.
- Confidently enhance or redraw low-quality logos to improve visual clarity and production readiness.
- Assess technical and design information to ensure artwork aligns with the intended product proof.
- Incorporate revisions and feedback quickly and independently, with minimal oversight.
- Develop clean and structured layouts using pre-set templates, logos, illustrations, and product mock-ups.
- Meet performance benchmarks and KPIs by maintaining accuracy, speed, and quality in all assigned tasks.
- Utilize internal systems such as the Production Tasklist to track and manage daily workloads effectively.
- Monitoring the task list for new jobs, ensuring no orders are missed during artwork processing.
- Stay responsive to communication via shared inboxes and Microsoft Teams to coordinate with the AU-based customer service team.
- Demonstrates accountability and can manage workloads with minimal supervision.
- Communicates professionally and collaborates well with team members.
- Adapts to feedback and shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
- Maintains high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Stays reliable, punctual, and consistent in performance.
- Handles pressure calmly and remains focused during peak workloads.
- Shows willingness to learn and improve continuously.
