The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join as a junior engineer to support the technical team in growing the energy services reinforcing our strength and capabilities in renewable energy. The wider energy division provides technical and advisory services across a broad spectrum of energy infrastructure including offshore and onshore wind, solar, hydropower, electricity transmission and battery energy storage.

The role is based in Manila office.

Your role in our team


  • Functional duties will include;
  • Undertaking site suitability studies and/or site assessment.
  • Learning, understanding and undertaking an energy yield assessments
  • Preparing energy yield assessment report, site visit reports and other technical reports.
  • Learning, understanding and undertaking feasibility studies and data analysis in relation to yield assessment.
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline teams to develop bespoke solutions for clients.
  • Supporting senior team members to identify and pitch for projects.
  • Participating in knowledge sharing and supporting the development of other team members and vice versa.

Is this role right for you?


  • A graduate of any engineering degree (electrical degree preferred).
  • Preferably licensed with an affiliation to a recognized professional institution.
  • With a strong collaborative culture, as well as good written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Capable of handling complex technical project assignments and ensures the quality of work delivered meet client expectations.
  • Keen to doing research and technical reading to enhance personal learning and growth
  • Typically, with 3 years of experience in any technical field with a proven ability and eagerness to learn about renewable energy project development and execution.
  • With a strong technical background.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with other technical disciplines and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in any renewable energy project is an advantage.
