We are seeking to hire Governance Analyst to serve our Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The successful candidate will become part of a respected and ambitious company with excellent career prospects and international opportunities.
Position Summary
Individual will report to the APAC Knowledge Manager and will assist in handling compliance related requests for proposals and other sales/marketing responses, while ensuring that responses meet government and industry compliance standards. Additionally, he/she will provide support in maintaining repository of compliance related responses

Position Summary

Additionally, he/she will provide support in maintaining repository of compliance related responses
Responsibilities
- Support sales and presales/bid teams by sourcing compliance related responses by working in coordination with the different/regional advocates
- Assist in updating and maintaining repository of pre-approved and vetted responses. Additionally, support in development of repository for new regions or countries basis the requirement
- Support in preparing and maintaining trackers and dashboard for management reporting
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain an understanding of the bids/projects and the documentation requirements
- Understand Jacobs’s sales environment, policies and procedures
- Understand Salesforce CRM platform to communicate with teams and maintain records
- Support the team in the absence of Governance Associate/Manager and ensure business continuity
- Relevant experience in legal or para legal domain
- Bachelor's degree in law is a must
- Experience in knowledge management will be beneficial
- Experience of working on SharePoint sites will be beneficial
- Proficient in mainstream Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) will be beneficial
- Familiarity with Sales CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes multi-location teams
