As a GoHighLevel Administrator in ClinicMind, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing our GoHighLevel account. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our workflows, automations, and campaigns are running smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a GoHighLevel account, including user management and permissions.
• Create and manage funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows.
• Implement and monitor email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support for GoHighLevel users.
• Stay updated on GoHighLevel features and best practices, implementing new tools and strategies as necessary.
• Train team members on the effective use of GoHighLevel.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years experience navigating GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including funnels, automation, and customer engagement.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and basic design skills is a plus.
