Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor logistics KPIs and support decision-making.
• Support and manage duty drawback claims, including documentation, audit trail creation, and submission through CBP or relevant parties.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to manage logistics flows, collate documents and reports etc.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Other duties as required
  
  

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of trade compliance regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP or logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Experience working with customs brokers or freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with freight audit tools and TMS will be an added advantage.
