Job Description
The responsibilities of the Global HR Process Manager are:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global HR processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all countries.
- Drive end-to-end process standardization and digital transformation within key HR domains such as onboarding, talent management, performance, and employee data management.
- Partner with global and regional HR leaders to identify process gaps, define best practices, and establish governance frameworks for sustainable improvement.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Develop and implement process metrics and dashboards to monitor effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR technology teams to align process design with system capabilities and enhance user experience through automation and digital tools.
- Act as a change champion, driving adoption of new global HR standards, fostering collaboration across regions, and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement.
A Successful Global HR Process Manager Should Have
- Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification is required, with demonstrated experience applying process improvement and problem-solving methodologies in HR or business operations.
- Proven experience in managing and improving global or regional HR processes, with strong understanding of HR operations, systems, and governance frameworks.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical, data-driven, and change management abilities, able to identify root causes and deliver measurable process improvements.
- Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement, digital transformation, and enhancing employee experience within the HR function.
