Job Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Global Digital Associate to support the Senior Global Digital Manager in driving digital transformation across Beauty and Wellbeing. This dynamic role is focused on enabling the execution of an AI-powered end-to-end content model. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, be highly organized, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of digital innovation, supporting the design, optimization, and scaling of processes that enhance social-first and digital marketing excellence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, global markets, and external partners to implement innovative tech solutions and ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Global Digital Manager.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, global markets, and external partners to implement innovative tech solutions and ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Global Digital Manager.
Responsibilities
- Content Management: Collaborate with the Senior Global Digital Manager to adapt and scale content across markets, ensuring alignment with local media strategies and agility plans.
- Social First Marketing Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of social-first campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.
- Tech Integration Support: Work on integrating innovative tech solutions into the end-to-end content model to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Content Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of content (organic and paid), supporting continuous test-and-learn approaches to optimize growth.
- Project & Partner Management: Ensure smooth project delivery by managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
- Passion for Digital and Social First Marketing: You have hands-on experience or academic knowledge of digital content creation, attuned to social trends, campaign execution, and on-brand + relevant content creation
- Organized and Proactive: You excel at managing multiple priorities, keeping projects on track, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in teamwork and are eager to support cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating digital tools and exploring innovations in AI and marketing technology.
- Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for detail while understanding how tasks contribute to the bigger picture of transformation.
- Curious and Adaptable: You stay up to date with industry trends, constantly learning and seeking new ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content management and/or project management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools, social media platforms, and data-driven content optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and draw insights.
- Experience in or passion for Beauty and Wellbeing is a plus.
