Job Overview
Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in construction? We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator (VA) to join our pioneering team! This role is crucial in managing bids, client relationships, and project deliverables while ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders, contractors, and workers.
Your Responsibilities
- Bid & Proposal Management: Review and evaluate bids, blueprints, and material ratios to ensure accuracy.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong professional relationships and provide guidance to clients, contractors, and workers.
- Project Communication: Deliver clear instructions, updates, and resolutions to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Keep accurate records of interactions, contracts, and project progress.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and interact with senior executives.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bids, documents, and communication.
- Experience in administration or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
