Could you be the full-time General Services Manager in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines we’re looking for?
Your future role (Key responsibilities):
- Management of office and site administration matters.
- Responsible for General Admin Facilities & Operations in Manila.
- Optimization of site running expense.
- Manage the housekeeping and tidy up of office.
- Organize and supervise other office activities.
- Handle flight and hotel bookings for Project team.
- Management of cars / drivers matters.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- BSc/BA in business administration or relative field.
- Experience in office management and procedures, General Admin Facilities & Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- A team player with leadership skills.
