Could you be the full-time General Services Manager in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines we’re looking for?

Your future role (Key responsibilities):

• Management of office and site administration matters.
• Responsible for General Admin Facilities & Operations in Manila.
• Optimization of site running expense.
• Manage the housekeeping and tidy up of office.
• Organize and supervise other office activities.
• Handle flight and hotel bookings for Project team.
• Management of cars / drivers matters.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  
  

Skills Requirements:

• BSc/BA in business administration or relative field.
• Experience in office management and procedures, General Admin Facilities & Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• A team player with leadership skills.
