Who Are We Looking For
As a Gap Analyst (Supply Chain), you will evaluate inventory and supply performance accross. Distribution Centers (DCs) and stores. You will also identify supply discrepancies, analyze root causes, and propose strategies to prevent out-of-stock situations. This role supports inventory optimization and continuous improvement in supply efficiency.

Core Responsibilities
- Evaluate current supply and inventory levels in DCs and stores.
- Identify and analyze supply discrepancies and stock gaps.
- Propose and implement strategies to reduce out-of-stock cases.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Store Operations teams.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor supply gaps and fill rates.
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering (REQUIRED)
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY; experience in supply chain or inventory analysis is an advantage.
- Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (an advantage but not required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with BI tools (Power
