- Process and record investment transactions, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners for booking, reporting, and settlement.
- Maintain and organize investment documents, and prepare funding, withdrawal, and other transactionrelated materials.
- Assist in fund valuation and reporting activities, including NAVPU computation and data verification.
- Monitor and reconcile transaction reports, dividends, corporate actions, and compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation of fund reports, manage petty cash funds, and provide general administrative support.
- Perform other related tasks and special projects as needed.
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- With at least 1 year of related work experience in management, accounting, or a similar field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with investment systems is a plus
