We Are Looking For Someone With

3-5 years of experience:

  • At least 1 year of Classroom or Professional technical training experience
  • Azure Certified Trainer (MCT) is an asset
  • Proven experience in developing production software (NodeJS) and strong understanding of software engineering best practices
  • Experience in developing applications using modern Javascript frameworks (Angular, ReactJS)
  • Experience in developing containerize applications
  • Ability to coach and train others, with a passion for helping others learn
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice To Have

  • Azure Certifications (AZ 900 and AI 900)
  • Experience in using Kubernetes
  • Intermediate knowledge of Azure and managing cloud infrastructure
  • Understanding of AI Systems and GenAI Applications
  • Experience using Instructional Design Tools such as Articulate, LMS , Canva and similar tools

On the job you will: 

  • Collaborate with the Global Software Engineering Training team to develop and implement training programs to deliver on Global up skilling Initiatives.
  • Create learning materials and resources to support the training curriculum
  • Develop and maintain software systems to support the upskilling initiatives
  • Deliver training programs and provide coaching to engineers globally to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with our global colleagues and help establish best practices.
