Job Description:

Awesome CX by Transcom is hiring a detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee and support outbound operations through third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to manage inventory, improve fulfillment processes, and ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key fulfillment and supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement and resolving issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address outstanding order issues with 3PL warehouses.
• Analyze post-shipment data, proactively managing delays and coordinating order replacements.
• Communicate performance feedback and trends to warehouse partners, ensuring quality standards are upheld.
• Coordinate special shipments, including VIP and ad hoc orders, while maintaining exceptional service levels.
• Partner with the Inventory Control team to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Support operational readiness during high-volume periods (e.g., peak seasons and promotional events).

What We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or operations management, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).
• Be highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Have an entrepreneurial and resourceful spirit, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Be an effective communicator with problem-solving capabilities.
• Have a basic understanding of operational and supply chain fundamentals.

Nice to have:

• Experience with warehousing or 3PL fulfillment operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
