Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office Supervisor oversees front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations, resulting in excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. He/she responds to guests in a professional and courteous manner by providing accurate and timely information and services, ensuring an optimal level of service and hospitality.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid working knowledge and experience in Front Office operations and have at least 1 - 2 years in the same capacity. He/she should demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, experience in motivating and leading a successful team, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of Opera is required.
The Front Office Supervisor manages the daily shift process, ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures. He/she trains, directs, resolves issues/problems, and coaches and counsels front desk team members to maintain a high-quality operation. He/she should also be capable of building strong relationships and liaising with other departments, especially Housekeeping and Reservations.
