The Opportunity


To support our commitment in providing world-class finance shared services, our Front Desk Receptionist will provide support to our Manila Business Services handling finance operations in East Asia. This role is based in the Philippines.

Your role in our team

  • Greets visitors and guests and direct them to the appropriate staff member
  • Prepares correspondence, presentations, email communications, reports, and other pertinent documents.
  • Maintains inventory and database contacts and creates export lists for merging (i.e. roster and badges).
  • Responds to telephone and electronic communications
  • Attends staff meetings as required. May take notes as necessary.
  • Performs word processing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Is this role right for you?


  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as in Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task effectively
