Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide overall support and assistance to the Commerce team
  • Coordinate with sales team to assist with sales forecasting and planning
  • Support sales team in preparing tenders
  • Perform order creation and execution for trade transaction via SAP system
  • Manage commercial activities such as preparing sales quotations according to store layout and customer’s request
  • Generate quotation via our internal pricing software (NEW EPIC)
  • Provide progress checks on order status and Inform customers/distributors of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Preparation of import/ export shipping documents
  • Ensure accuracy of documents generated for shipments
  • Liaising between factories, customers, and forwarders to coordinate and ensure timely delivery, shipment, and collection of goods
  • Any other duties assigned by the Commerce team


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Related working experience in using SAP is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently
  • Ability to work in teams to develop strategies, action plans, and share results
  • Fluency in English and French is required
