The position is primarily responsible for the timely review and disposition of all debit and credit card fraud verification alerts and inbound calls. He/she is also responsible for the review and disposition of suspected fraud transactions in BPI-affiliated merchants to mitigate fraud loss in the acquiring business.

- Must posses at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking equivalent
- Amenable to working in a fast-paced environment and shifting schedule
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
