Job Description
- * Provides excellent customer service by assisting walk-in clients with BPI Trade related inquiries and requests which includes account opening, maintenance, complaints and all other account-related requests ensuring that completion of requests are done in a timely manner and within TATs
- * Ensure accuracy on data entry through the Front Office database, client and account creation and maintenance requests for clients
- Ensure that KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures are adhered to for walk-in clients
- Monitors completion of deficient account maintenance requests
