Join Our Global Centre of Expertise as a Senior Financial Analyst – Indirect Cost CoE

In this role, you will be at the forefront of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, analysis and reporting of headcount, labour cost, IT spend, and other operating expenses. You will work across all company business units and geographies and drive improvement project impacting the whole business.

Key Responsibilities
Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Develop forward-looking expectations based on actual performance trends, hiring and investment plans, and other business inputs; prepare headcount and cost analysis, enter drivers and updates into our forecasting tools, and provide insights and commentary on variance analysis.
Management Reporting: Run specific queries and reports, reconcile data, and provide comprehensive analysis and support for key stakeholders.
Financial Accounting: Calculate and prepare deferral and accruals journals.
Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement projects across business units to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service.
Internal Control: Establish and execute internal control policies, support annual audits, and ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial processes.
What We Are Looking For
Analytical Skills: Very strong analytical and MS Excel modeling capabilities to provide deep insights and resolve finance inquiries independently. Experience with manipulating large data sets, as well as ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Self-Starter: Proactive and motivated individual with a can-do mentality, ready to take on challenges in a complex and demanding environment. Curious by nature, striving for continuous improvement.
Team Player: Ability to assist other Analysts and Business Controllers with day-to-day operational responsibilities and ad-hoc projects.
Quick Learner comfortable with Change: Adaptability to quickly learn and navigate our financial systems and processes.
Communication skills and language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to clearly convey financial information to a range of stakeholders in our multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
Technical skills: MS excel – advanced user, Oracle Hyperion products and Smartview – preferable.
Qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related area. At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, including providing commentaries.
