Job Description
- Given Shopee’s growth objectives for users, sellers, profit/loss, derive the resources required to achieve them
- Coordinate targets set for each business unit’s action plan to achieve the growth objectives
- Coordinate the standardization of data metrics and KPIs leveraging business process and data knowledge
- Develop processes to improve BI tools and systems to drive reporting consistency
- Develop ad hoc analyses, reports and actionable insights including communication and presentation of findings to management
- Provide actionable insights to improve business performance through written and oral presentation to management
- How Shopee management translates its growth objectives into action plans
- How Shopee does budget management across all eCommerce business units
- In-depth knowledge of Shopee P&L line items and Shopee’s overall business model
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing or related field is preferred
- Preferably with 1-2 years of related work experience
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Strong Leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
