To Provide a Safer And Healthier Working Environment By Leading The Design, Implementation, Monitoring And Evaluation And Regulatory Compliance Of 1AP Health Management And Wellness Programs, Including But Not Limited To

• Clinic Management
• Annual Physical Examination
• Drug-Free Workplace
• First Aid Program
• Mental Health Program
• TB, Hepa-B, HIV/AIDS
• Lactation Program
• Exit Physical Examination
  
  

To provide support in designing 1AP pandemic management protocols and in implementing the same in AP Corporate Office

To lead the implementation of health management programs in AP Corporate Office

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any Health Sciences-related discipline
• With at least 5 years of related work experience
• Ability to implement employee wellness programs and cascade policies and procedures to a group
• Knowledge on health-related national and local laws and regulations (e.g. DOLE, DOH, Local Health Offices)
• Data management
• Knowledge on incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Knowledge on SHE-related management systems (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Ability to audit SHE-related management systems (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
