Food Tech Analyst

We are seeking a talented Food Technologies professional to join our dynamic team at Sta. Maria Industrial Park Corporation. This full-time role is based in Santa Maria Bulacan and will play a crucial part in our operations within the Food Technology & Safety industry.

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical expertise and training to production staff
• Continuously improve existing processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency
• Design and develop new food products from idea to developmental stage.
• Create formulation experiments after product acceptance test
• Test ingredients, flavors and raw materials for new product development
• Conduct evaluation to assess the taste, texture, appearance, and overall quality of food products.
• Collaborate with Research and Development Quality assurance team to ensure the quality and consistency of new and existing products.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and quality standards
  

What we're looking for

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field
• Minimum 0-2 years' experience in a similar food technology role
• Strong knowledge of food processing methods, food chemistry and microbiology
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
