Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain contract database system for contracts under the department administration such as, but not limited to, aircraft acquisitions, aircraft leasing, aircraft financing and aircraft equipment manufacturer transactions.
• Monitor contractual obligation deadlines and adhere to timely submission of documentary requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, finance, and engineering teams to ensure compliance of contractual requirements and company goals.
• Identify potential risks associated with aircraft transaction related contracts and provide recommendations and/or solutions for purposes of risk mitigation.
• Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing lessors, financiers, and external partners.
• Promptly and accurately respond to concerns and requests of internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compliance reports and fleet contract summaries to internal stakeholders and/or senior management.
• Provide support on projects as assigned by management.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accountancy, Economics, or a related field such as: business management, accounting management, management engineering, etc.
• A background in finance or accounting, debt or leasing management is strongly preferred.
• Fresh graduate or 1-2+ years of experience in finance, contract management, compliance, or a related field
• With firm grasp on contract law concepts, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
• Familiarity with corporate risk management practices is a plus
• Have strong data management skills and experienced in contracts and files administration
