  • Determine and communicate the repairs needed in order to maintain the fleet for maximum vehicle life and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinates branch OIC and branch dispatchers in monitoring fleet due for maintenance and their respective accounts.
  • Perform as Customer Service Advisor, focusing on building rapport and healthy relationship to our valued clients. Giving safety and road advices, attending emergencies such as service breakdown.
  • Schedule appointments for periodic maintenance service.
  • Create repair orders, purchase orders, and or job orders.
  • Communicate work orders and observe workflow progress on the garage to ensure the work is completed to specified requirements in a timely manner.
  • Obtain information from the customer as to the requested or needed work.
  • Discuss repairs with the customer.
  • Record the appropriate information about the unit/vehicle into the computer system (File Maker) and print out the work order. Track customer's rental vehicle and gives estimates on repairs needed. Informs rental customer the states of the units in our garage with a spread sheet that updated weekly.
  • Meet with Motor Pool Supervisor and Job Controller to discuss work orders and areas of concern.
  • Works with parts specialist to insure parts are available when customer's vehicle is ready for repair.
  • Orders parts as need, fills in for Parts Specialist when they are out.
  • Will handle and focus on monitoring 200/800 units of vehicle fleet and various client's accounts.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • To assist HO and branches requests.
  • Preferably college graduate / bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to listen to and understand customer's needs.
  • Ability to maintain clear / accurate record.
  • With valid driver's license.
