PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Computer literacy in spreadsheet and word processing applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
- Basic Office skill and management
- Background knowledge in billing process or invoice management is an advantage
- Team player with positive attitude and willing to learn and strive for continuous development
- Detail oriented, meticulous and well organized
- Honest & trustworthy, ability to maintain trust in handling confidentiality matter
- Other preferences (Age, gender, etc.)
Assist in the preparation of First Mile/MM Reverse billing activities, manage vendor/subcon billings and PO/RT/payment monitoring.
- Coordinate with Subcon Team and Contracts team for vendor master data maintenance.
- Provide weekly RB to Vendor Subcons
- Validate discrepancies and resolve vendors billing issues/disputes
- Resolution of missing trips concern
- PR,PO & RT Process
- Provide clerical support and assist in ad-hoc assignments
- Assist in BAMS Validation
- Assist in ORAMS concern
- Vendor weekly Reverse Billing details
- PR,PO & RT Monitoring & Report
- Monthly Reverse Billing Tracker
- Billing Tracker Template
- Vendor Subcon Masterfile
- Analyze weekly trips data & PO fulfilment
- Implementation, coordination and monitoring of vendor subcon billings and payment schemes.
