Site Lead

Position Overview:

A Site Facilities Lead for client is a service-oriented professional based in the client’s company premises located in Eastville Citywalk, San Pedro, Palawan City. He will be reporting directly to the client’s facilities head and/or his/her designated representative/s ensuring the Operation and Maintenance activities are accomplished in accordance with the contracted Service Level Agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance.
• Overall responsible and key contact of client's facilities for management directions and escalations.
• Able to work beyond regular working hours when necessary.
• Reports to client's facilities managers and collaborates with client's facilities system owners.
• Submits executive summary report every month that includes the following:
o GMS KPIs
o Highlights
o Lowlights
o Opportunities for Improvements (System Reliability, EE&C, Etc.)

Qualifications:

• PRC licensed electrical or mechanical engineer
• 5 years minimum experience in facilities at BPO company
• Strong leadership skill with at least 5 years in Facilities O&M managerial position.
• Adept in using word, excel and PowerPoint application
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to facilities management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
