- Handle insurance policy inquiries, claims, and cancellations with precision.
- Provide accurate information on policy details, coverage, and premiums.
- Process insurance applications and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; background in Insurance, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior insurance experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance systems and tools is a plus but not required.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and work well independently or as part of a team.
