Team And Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Enshored is seeking a Data Analyst to support the CEO, CFO, and other executives with preparation

and analysis of combined financial and operational performance data for Enshored and its related

entities.

The Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain financial analytics processes and reports
• Prepare or assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and other period-based
  
  

financial reporting, such as variances to budget and forecast, and coordinate timely

distribution to appropriate stakeholders.

• Prepare and track key performance indicators, other metrics, and business or operational
  
  

trend data to support dashboards and other management reporting.

• Support annual projects on profit margin by client, salary reviews, and other projects.
• Other general financial activities such as maker/authorizer on regular banking
  
  

transactions.

Required

• You have strong Excel and GSuite skills.
• Familiarity with Quickbooks and NetSuite applications is a plus.
• You have a working knowledge of key financial, accounting, and business metrics.
• Your attention to detail is applied to visual, verbal, and written communication to communicate
  
  

data and analytics effectively with leadership.

• Ability to perform well in a team environment, including sharing information and assisting
  
  

others with close and reporting duties to meet monthly deadlines.

• Understanding of the communication challenges of working in a multi cultural, international,
  
  

24x7 environment—you need to be flexible in order to work with colleagues in different

timezones.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other analytical discipline is preferred.
• 1-3 years work experience in a similar role is preferred.
