Job Summary:

onsemi, a large, multinational supplier of energy-efficient products, is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Corporate Finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with our corporate finance leadership and the leadership of many functions around the company to drive the strategic and operational forecasting of the company as well as work on ongoing corporate initiatives designed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole organization. Also, you will have opportunities to engage with the finance management team and work on several key initiatives to help drive improvements within the finance function and share best-practice experiences to improve our use of rolling forecasts, Oracle, product costing and various other finance tools.

Responsibilities

Performance Objectives

• Collaborate with leaders, budget owners, and other finance team members to create and manage departmental budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Drive the quarterly forecasting process cross-functionally to ensure timelines are met and consolidation tools are properly rolling up the details.
• Collaborate with finance management and our global finance team to improve the outcome of finance-driven initiatives.
• Prepare financial justification analysis for capital project requests.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial reports to Management.
• Work with Operations and Engineering Teams to understand production processes in order to develop and maintain accurate product costing models·
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial forecasting and budgeting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, are required.
  
  

Preferred

• Oracle, Spreadsheet Server and/or Tableau experience
• Proficient in MS Excel including functions and formulas; creating charts, graphs and pivot tables
