Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; master’s degree in Accounting
- At least 4 years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Willing to work in a 50-50 hybrid work arrangement in BGC Taguig
- Amenable to be on a midshift schedule, Monday to Friday
- Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Track labor and expense performance of Tenet entities
- Prepare and maintain eCATS, eCER, TIBS, budget files, forecasts
- Analyze and/or prepare:
- Capital Acquisitions
- Budgets and forecasts
- Volume reports
- Contribution margins
- Physician manpower results
- Net revenue analysis
- Other ad hoc reporting, as assigned
- Coordinate with Tenet’s revenue cycle services group on patient accounting matters, including posting of payments and adjustments and approval of patient and insurance refunds
- Prepare managed care analytics, payer mix and contract analytics, and assist with contract negotiations
