- manage cash flow and liquidity to ascertain that the company's financial requirements and obligations are met. implement and enforce financial policies and procedures and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- supervise and mentor accounting team members for effective performance and professional development.
- lead the preparation of financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations and report the result to senior management.
- manage the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting including collaborating with relevant departments so that financial objectives are met.
- implement effective internal control systems so that the company assets are safeguarded.
- lead the continuous process review and improvement of accounting system
- coordinate with external accounting consultants and auditors.
- ensure compliance with regulations of relevant government agencies.
- assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
