Job Summary:

The Junior Engineer is responsible for coordinating and managing project documentation, assisting in project planning, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. This role involves collaboration with project managers, field engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
• Change Management: Assist in the assessment and documentation of change orders and project variations.
• Budget Tracking: Support project managers in tracking project expenses and budget adherence.
• Meeting Participation: Attend project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and any issues that need to be addressed

Work Environment:

The Junior Engineer typically works in an office setting but may be required to visit construction sites periodically to gather information and liaise with field personnel.
