Job Description:

• Lead and manage the Awesome CX finance team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Manage the hiring process for finance team members and provide mentorship.
• Maintain and ensure timely completion of month-end task lists.
• Conduct and lead business partner meetings to align financial strategies.
• Review and approve account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and month-end journal entries.
• Enforce financial controls and identify areas for process improvements.

• Have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess extensive experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Demonstrate the ability to guide team members and handle financial challenges effectively.

Job Description:

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
• Handle month-end accruals, prepayments, and payroll processing.
• Oversee clinic finance and month-end financial operations.
• Compile data for business partner meetings.
• Manage aging reports, collections, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee balance sheet management and depreciation processes.
• Support the Finance Operation Manager and step in when needed.

What we are looking for:

• To be successful in this role, you must:
• Have a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Possess significant experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Be able to manage financial operations and support senior leadership.
• Demonstrate expertise in bank reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
