Transaction Processing & Reconciliation
Ø Monitor and process daily financial transactions including cash premium receipts, journal entries and cash disbursements
Ø Reconcile Bank Accounts, Vendor Statements And Intercompany Balances
Ø Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial data
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Ø Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
Ø Assist in preparing operational financial reports and dashboards
Ø Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost optimization
Compliance and Internal Controls
Ø Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures
Ø Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls to mitigate financial risks
Ø Support documentation for audit trails, compliance reviews and tax filings
Audit & Risk Management
Ø Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
Ø Respond to audit queries and ensure timely resolution of finance operations findings
Ø Monitor changes in financial regulations and assess impact on operations
Process Improvement and Automation
Ø Collaborate with IT and finance teams to automate reporting and reconciliation tasks
Ø Participate in system upgrades and testing of financial tools
Ø Ensure integrity and consistency of financial databases
Ad Hocs
Ø Participate in cross-functional projects related to finance operations, such as system migrations or policy updates
Ø Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial operations
