Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Fund Management: Review daily, weekly, and monthly fund reports, verify domestic and international reimbursements and payments, and develop financial plans based on corporate liquidity to effectively enhance capital returns through investment products.
  • Budget Management: Prepare monthly financial budgets, provide weekly feedback on budget status, track budget execution monthly, analyze variances, and provide insights to guide business operational decisions.
  • Tax Management: Review various tax declarations including but not limited to VAT, individual income tax, stamp duty, various overseas taxes, statistical declarations, and corporate income tax reconciliation; cooperate with tax authorities for inspections and supervision, and maintain good relationships with industrial and commercial departments to ensure healthy business operations.
  • Financial Analysis: Complete revenue accounting and monthly closing for Monica and Manus, prepare monthly financial statements and management reports, track and analyze various financial indicators, and provide timely feedback on business performance to support management decisions.
  • System and Process Optimization: Optimize financial workflows and tools, improve reimbursement policies and accounting systems, effectively enhancing the efficiency and quality of financial management operations.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Manage the domestic finance team, clearly define work content, plans, deliverables, and timelines upfront, track progress during execution, and review completion status afterwards.
  • Audit Support & Compliance: Assist with annual audits, including preparing working papers, reconciling intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. (Based on previous audit experience)
  • Asset Management: Oversee asset inventory, fixed asset management, and related accounting treatments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in asset tracking and disposal. (Based on previous experience)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified CPA qualification is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, including significant experience in financial management, auditing, and general ledger accounting.
  • Proven experience in fund management, budget planning and control, tax compliance, financial analysis, and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in financial management software such as SAP, Kingdee etc., and basic knowledge of Oracle systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
