We are seeking enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. As a non-voice account Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, primarily through written communication channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms. This is a full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur.

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service
