Finance Manager

We are looking for Finance Manager who will oversee financial performance and governance for PH Operations, ensuring compliance with local statutory and tax requirements. This role involves managing manufacturing controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder relationships, with a focus on achieving efficiency and cost targets.

What you will do

• Overall responsible of cost controlling in a manufacturing environment
• Ensure accurate tracking, timely updates to standard costing, and effective management of budgets and forecasts
• Establish necessary controls to achieve financial targets, including defining KPIs, reviewing, and monitoring agreed actions
• Manage costs for other functions based in PH site such as PE, Logistics, IT, QA
• Ensure accuracy and governance of financial transactions for PH operations, including fixed assets, inventory, accruals, travel expenses, etc.
• Drive continuous improvement for controlling and reporting process efficiencies.
  
  

What you bring

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in strategic finance and business partnering
• Strong background in manufacturing controlling, preferably within MNCs
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage global costing and ensure financial governance
• Experience in statutory and tax reporting and cash flow management.
