Job Overview

The Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining financial efficiency and compliance by overseeing the accuracy of accounting reports on a daily and monthly basis. This role also involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of business operations through thorough market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Create reports on business activities, financial statements, and projections.
  • Analyze reports and business processes to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Research market trends to identify new business prospects.

Accounts Management and Compliance

  • Oversee accounts receivables to ensure prompt payment collection.
  • Ensure adherence to financial legal regulations and compliance.

System Development and Improvement

  • Design and improve financial reporting systems.
  • Continuously update and optimize finance and accounting processes.

Strategic Advisory and Leadership

  • Provide strategic financial advice to management.
  • Lead and manage the Finance department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures within the department.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Present precise financial reports and key insights to the board of directors.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • Proven ability to adapt to dynamic and diverse work environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws.
  • Experience with cross-border entities, especially between the Philippines and Singapore, is an advantage.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ethical conduct and keen attention to detail.
