We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in a production-focused industry in Lipa. Reporting to the Senior Manager and Controller, this role will be instrumental in ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and process efficiency within our operations. The Finance Manager will work in close collaboration with operational teams, providing financial insights to drive performance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

About The Job
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Evaluates internal procedures and analytical statements to recommend improvements in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Supports quarterly and year-end external audit activities and annual corporate finance internal control audits.
- Leads account reconciliations, ensuring that all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulations.
- Manages and reviews local finance teams and the Shared Service Center to maintain financial integrity.
- Oversees the control review, administration, and documentation of financial processes.
- Assists in SOX-related processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensures that accounting, tax, and reporting processes comply with statutory GAAP and internal corporate policies.
- Assists in the preparation and review of Capital Appropriation Requests for financial justifications of plant capital projects.
- Supports investment decision-making by evaluating financial risks and returns.
- Provides guidance and training to finance teams, fostering career development and professional growth.
- Implements best practices for financial operations and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
- At least 8 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Solid experience in an international working environment.
- Strong knowledge of Local GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Advanced spreadsheet and database software skills (Excel, ERP systems like SAP/Oracle).
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, identify and correct errors, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Outstanding organization and listening skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to independently evaluate, resolve, and assess complex analytical issues.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, collaborate, and network effectively.
- Effective team player who can work cross-functionally.
