Finance Controller Lead (Compliance, PEZA, Tax)

ROLE PURPOSE:

Finance & Accounts Controller

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of local accounting and other processes polices of Philippine
• Local PEZA Reporting, Information inflow management, Assets monitoring and risk mitigation reporting.
• MPR (Monthly Performance Report), CAS books maintained.
• Local Books reconciliation (GAAP Related Adjustment on real time Track)
• External – Coordination of Philippines Statutory Compliances, local consultants, BIR, SEC Accounting Reporting
• Data Archive and custodian of Financials and other PEZA reporting Documents and filing.
• Collaboration Skills to drive common objective

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy/management accounting/finance.

• at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a BPO setup.

• Must have knowledge of local accounting and compliances reporting.
