                            The Asia Pacific (APAC) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team are integral part of APAC Finance working with internal and business stakeholders. We focus on supporting the business through financial planning, management reporting, and business analysis.

Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, Management Reporting, you will be working alongside different finance teams and business departments, providing financial information, developing tools/reports, and providing analysis that will facilitate informed decisions and steer business strategy.

Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, Management Reporting, you will be working alongside different finance teams and business departments, providing financial information, developing tools/reports, and providing analysis that will facilitate informed decisions and steer business strategy.
- Develop and maintain management reports/dashboards across business areas through automation, simplification, and standardization
- Support BPM teams in preparation of reports for Monthly Financial Reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes
- Engage with Group functions and other regions to source alignment and best practices
- Creation and maintenance of the Regional Reporting Catalogue
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in Management Reporting, P&L Analysis, and business performance management will be an advantage
- 3-5 years of working experience in an international environment
- Takes initiative and is self-motivated; someone effective at functioning in complex, demanding settings
- Current systems skills, including MS Office Suite, SAP, BI & Power BI
- Flexibility and accountability, with occasional short timelines and/or tight deadlines
