Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
a. Manage petty cash
b. Process petty cash requests and replenishment promptly
c. Receive cash payments from clients and issue official receipts
d. Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions
e. Generate and issue system cash receipts for received payments
f. Optimizing Cash Advances' replenishment and processing closure is essential for efficient financial management.
g. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities

Knowledge and Experience Required (Minimum Qualifications)
Educational Attainment

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field

Work Experience/ Number of Years/ Necessary Training Requirement:

●Has any relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.

Skills Requirement

●Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards, Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
