Finance and Statutory Compliance Assistant

Molex is seeking a Finance & Statutory Compliance Assistant that will support the team on compliance and finance-related tasks.

What You Will Do in Your Role
• Liaise with LC team to ensure compliance with government requirements and deadlines.
• Be up to date on government rulings and cascade any new information to all
• concerned timely
• Support global team on tax audit and external audit requirements.
• Serve as link of local team with global on Finance related matters (AP/Treasury, FA, GL).
• Assist in the asset disposal process
• Support GBS on Fixed Asset related matters.
The Experience You Will Bring
• Experience in audits

What Will Put You Ahead:
• BS in Accountancy or any equivalent.
• Wide knowledge in Philippine regulations, particularly BIR, PEZA, SEC and BOC
• Basic knowledge in SAP and good computer skills, particularly in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of general accounting operations.
• Analytical skills.
