Purchasing /Liaison

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source motorpool equipment, parts, and tools required for solar
power plant construction.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely
procurement.
• Prepare motorpool equipment, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure all orders meet operational and project requirements.
• Track and maintain an accurate inventory of motorpool equipment, parts, and tools, ensuring availability to
avoid project delays.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between suppliers, the procurement team, and the motorpool
department, addressing any order or delivery issues.
• Support procurement activities by maintaining accurate records of purchase transactions, deliveries, and
supplier performance.
• Collaborate with the motorpool and project teams to ensure timely equipment availability.
• Regularly update inventory management systems to reflect stock levels and identify any shortages.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in procurement, particularly for motorpool or heavy equipment, is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory/procurement management software.
• Ability to monitor and manage inventory effectively.
• Computer literate and able to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
