As Finance & Operations Manager, you’ll manage the Group's Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Operations functions. Reporting directly to the C-level across the operating markets, you’ll run financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and statutory compliance initiatives. You’ll establish, execute, and enforce robust financial management practices, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and proactively manage cash flow and capital allocation. Additionally, you’ll oversee human resource strategies, administrative frameworks, legal contracts, and compliance processes, ensuring they effectively scale with company growth. This role demands strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, and is based in the Philippines, featuring a hybrid remote schedule with proactive online collaboration and in-person meets in NCR / Pampanga.

Responsibilities
- Administration:
- Provide administrative support to all departments, including logistics, documentation, and coordination tasks as needed.
- Manage office operations including supplies, facility maintenance, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Organize internal meetings, events, and other company logistics.
- Serve as the first point of contact for administrative support and coordination.
- Finance and Accounting Support:
- Manage the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company priorities and cost controls.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and approval workflows.
- Review and approve routine business expenses and disbursements within set authorization levels.
- Monitor and support monthly close processes, reconciliations, and preparation of internal financial reports.
- Prepare and submit internal reports required by the holdings company and management team.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly reconciliations.
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, filing tax documents, and processing payroll inputs.
- Strategic and Cross-Department Coordination:
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance, HR, admin, and operations workflows.
- Provide administrative and finance support to other departments as needed.
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g., payroll, legal, government) on behalf of the company.
- CFA, CPA or equivalent, with deep command of Philippines FRS and statutory reporting (bonus: knowledge of multiple Southeast Asian jurisdictions)
- 5+ years hands-on FP&A, budgeting, and KPI reporting, delivering FP&A reports, board-level reporting packs, KPI dashboards (GTM, cost, etc.)
- Track record in cash and cost controls, audit readiness, and zero-penalty compliance across tax, labor, and corporate regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Accounting / ERP / Automation tools; able to build financial models and automated reports from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to develop and scale lean Finance & Ops teams in high-growth tech or SaaS environments, with strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
