Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end process of invoice clearing, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of invoice activity and provide reporting as needed.
- Utilize MediaOcean and Prisma platforms for media and financial workflow management.
- Support media delivery operations and administrative tasks tied to campaign execution and reconciliation.
- Extensive experience in invoice clearing and invoice management (preferably in a media agency setting).
- Good to have in understanding of the Canadian media landscape and billing processes.
- Familiarity with MediaOcean and Prisma platforms.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working a 9 PM – 5 AM PHT schedule.
